Within January-April, 2021 concern “Bellesbumprom” (Belarus) exported up to 25% more woodworking products in comparison with the same period of the previous year.  80% of the exported products were shared between wooden panels, furniture, paper, plywood.

Within January-May 2021 woodworking products volume in Belarus increased by 8% in comparison with the same period of the previous year. Chipboard production increased by 13%, hardboard – by 12%, plywood – by 5%

In January-April 2021 Russian plywood export volume increased by 10% in comparison with the same period of the previous year

Within January-March, 2021 Great Britain imported 64 thousand m3 hardwood tropical plywood (1 % more in comparison with the same period of the previous year). Import from China increased by 23%, Indonesia – by 3%

In January-March 2021 Russian plywood export volume increased by 7% in comparison with the same period of the previous year

In March, 2021 wooden products export in Brazil increased by 24%. Timber products export increased by 17%. Pine plywood export showed 14% increase, tropical plywood – 41%

 

Russian plywood manufactures met raw deficit in 2020-2021 years which caused serious price increase of panel products and wooden furniture

In January-February 2021 woodworking products export volume in Belarus increased by 15% in comparison with the same period of the previous year. Export volume to China increased by 72%, European Union – by 12%. The most goods share belonged to furniture, plywood, paper and carton

In January-March 2021 Russian plywood production volume increased by 14% in comparison with the same period of the previous year. Chipboard production increased by 11%, hardboard production increased by 5%
