Within 2016 year round logs export increased up to 3.2%. China is still the main importer (64% export portion). Saw-timber export also increased to 10.1% (more than 50% of the volume were imported by China).

Hardboard export from Russia showed 14.4% increase (the main importer – Uzbekistan), plywood export – 11.3% increase (the main importer – USA)
