Vyatka plywood mill (Russia, Kirov) passed EPA certification and got TSCA report (The Toxic Substances Control Act). According to the part VI of TSCA the level of formaldehyde emission for plywood should not be more than 0.05 ppm. Starting from December, 12, 2017 all plywood, chipboard and hardboard manufactures should meet EPA requirements
